Community Standards

The Community Standards apply to every user of the site. In order to create a safe and respectful community, all users and entries must act in accordance with our community standards.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS:
1) Authenticity:
In order to create a safe community, the following are banned:
Spam: You may not use Reclaim Foundation’s site(s) to spam unrelated or related content. You may not artificially amplify your material/entries on the site. You must not engage in any behavior that disrupts other user’s experiences
Impersonation: You may not act in a deceptive manner that is with the intention or ability to cause harm.
Copyright/Trademark/Intellectual Property: You must not engage in activities that violate copyright, trademark, and/or intellectual property.
2) Privacy:
You may not publish, threaten to publish, or promote your own, an individuals, or a groups private information, such as: phone number, address, social security number, and more without consent and permission.
If you find out someone’s true identity or private information, you must not share or act on that information without explicit consent and permissions.
3) Safety:
In order to create a safe community, the following are banned:
Violence: You may not threaten or glorify an act of violence against yourself, an individual, or a group.
Criminal Behavior: You may not participate, threaten, or promote acts of terrism, violent extremism, child sexual exploitation, or any activity against local, state, and/or federal law.
Harassment and Abuse: You may not engage, incite, or solicit harassment or abuse of yourself, another individual, or a group.
Suicide or Self-Harm: You may not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm related acts or content.
4) Supportive Content:
Sensitive or Adult Content: You may not post content that endangers the emotional and physical well-being of minors. A minor is defined as someone under the legal age of majority --anyone younger than 18 years. We do not allow sexually explicit content on our platform. We also prohibit content depicting or supporting non-consensual sexual acts, the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, and adult sexual solicitation
Hateful Content: You must not threaten or discriminate anyone on the basis of sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, age, gender, gender identity, disability, serious disease, caste, and more.
If a user does not adhere to the community standards, they may receive up to 3 warnings (strikes) before their account is deactivated. In order to regain access, the user must demonstrate a willingness to change their content in the future and that they have sought and utilized resources and educational opportunities to assist in the particular guideline that was not met.
Reclaim Foundation reserves the right to terminate any user's account for any reason and to change these rules from time to time to promote a healthy environment.
